Delivery & Returns


What are my delivery options?

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed before 2pm on working days will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped the following day. When free shipping is selected, orders will be posted via 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery and will take 3-4 working days to arrive. Orders placed via Royal Mail 1st will be shipped as above and will take 1-2 working days to arrive. Please note that these timings are indicative and that we cannot guarantee the delivery timings on behalf of Royal Mail. If you are not at home to sign for your delivery, delivery will be attempted again on the next working day.

Can I track my order? 
Although tracking is not available for Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class deliveries, you are welcome to contact customer services at or on 0800 031 9161 (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) to check the status of your order. 

Can I ship part of my order to a different address?
Unfortunately, we do not offer this option. You will need to place separate orders if you wish to ship items to multiple addresses.

Is there a shipping fee?

We offer free next day shipping on all orders.

Can I ship to a PO Box
Sorry, but we can’t ship to PO Boxes. We need a UK street address for delivery.


What if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?

Please contact the Reon customer service team. They are available from 9am to 5pm on weekdays. You can email or call 0800 031 9161 (free from a UK landline).

How do I return an order?
Returns are free of charge but for safety reasons, only unopened packs of Reon can be returned. To return an order, please send it to:

We will credit your account within five working days after we have received your returned items. If you have any questions regarding your order, Reon's customer service team will be happy to help.
