How do I place an order?
To place an order, find the item you’d like to buy, select the quantity you want, and click ‘Add to Basket’. When you’re ready to checkout, click on the ‘Basket’ button at the top right of the screen. Check the products and quantities in your basket and click ‘Checkout’. You’ll be transferred to a secure server to enter and confirm your billing, shipping and payment information.

How do I see what’s in my shopping basket?
To see or manage the contents of your shopping basket, click on ‘Basket’ in the upper-right corner of your screen.

How do I track my order?
When you place an order, you’ll receive email notifications of its status. This contains a link to the parcel service website where you can track your parcel. You can also log into ‘My Account’ and select ‘My Order Status’, then click on an order number to see details and tracking information.

How do I cancel my order?
All orders are processed immediately so unfortunately we can’t cancel placed orders. However, if you’re not happy with your order, you can return it and receive a full refund. See our returns policy for more details.
